Owner

As a union carpenter for over 20 years, I have remodeled many homes. I chose to work in home inspections because I have a passion for real estate and enjoy helping people get educated about their future home.

GMG Inspections very happily and proudly announces the addition of NYS Licensed Home Inspector, Victor Pajonas, to our team. With education and experience in many areas of business and real estate, Victor brings us more of the knowledge and attention to detail you have come to expect from GMG. He has quickly become a familiar face to some our busiest customers and referral partners. A nearly 30 year resident of Seaford, you might spot him in his running shorts logging miles with some of Long Island's top athletes including our founder, John Geldert!
